antiek Engels vloeistof kompas circa 1900, VERKOCHT

Zeer mooi en origineel Engels vloeistof kompas in mahonie kist van circa 1880/1900. De kist heeft de afmeting 27 x 27 en is 20 cm hoog voorop de kist staat het no. 809 , Patt 42 C. en de Broad arrow, deze pijl werd door de Britse overheid gebruikt om Brits eigendom te merken, is dus afkomstig van de "Britsh Navy". Het kompas zelf is gemaakt door Kelvin Bottomley & Baird Ltd met een patent van Captain Chetwynds, dit staat in het kompas zelf Op de metalen rand staat de verkoper gesigneerd nl. E. Dent te London. Prachtig bewaard gebleven. VERKOCHT
